A native of the Lafayette, Louisiana area, Vincent earned his law degree from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, where he received a Certificate in International Legal Studies. Before law school, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology, with minors in Chemistry and Political Science, from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. His science and analytical background helped shape his interest in intellectual property, technology, innovation, and the evolving relationship between law and modern business systems.
Vincent also studied Comparative Intellectual Property Law through Santa Clara University School of Law’s Munich program and interned with Zimmermann & Partner in Munich, Germany, gaining international exposure to intellectual property and business law. Since graduating from Loyola, he has represented and advised clients on business formation, commercial contracts, intellectual property protection, entertainment matters, technology-related business issues, commercial disputes, and operational legal matters affecting founder-led and emerging companies.
At LaBorde Legal Group, Vincent supports the firm’s business, intellectual property, technology, litigation, and growth-company initiatives, including advising founder-led businesses on practical counsel in contracts, governance, IP ownership, technology risk, operational structure, and recurring legal needs.
